YOUR CHURCH FOR PRAYER

Prayer

We love God. We want to spend time with him in prayer to grow in intimacy, dependence and expectation for what he can do.

Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

We believe prayer is one of the greatest blessings we receive as Christians – being able to talk and commune with the God who made us is one of the ways we grow in faith and love for him. As we go through this season of change, our goal this year is to pursue intimacy, dependency, and expectation through gathered prayer.

We each want to be praying regularly as individuals but we’re also commanded to pray together as a church.

Our rhythms of prayer are as follows:

WEEKLY

SUNDAYS

  • Pre-service - prayer for serving teams around 3:15pm
  • During the service - confession of sin, presenting our needs and requests before the Lord as a church
  • During the service - filling out individual prayer request cards for our staff team to pray through in the week
  • Post-service - prayer offered by our prayer team

TUESDAYS

From 7-7:30am, we meet on Zoom to pray through a passage of Scripture for our church.
